Jurisdiction and Venue
You agree that any legal action brought against PII shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on this website shall be an appropriate federal court.

The network and data at PII are secure, and access to this data is restricted solely to authorized employees. Any information collected on this site is used only to facilitate a better and more personal experience for the user. PII does not sell or distribute any information about its users to outside organizations. The network and database are password protected. Refund Policy – Application Fee
The $99 application fee is non-refundable for program participants, and will be deducted from your final payment. If you choose to forego attending the program after applying, your application fee will not be refunded.
Refund Policy – Program Fee
All refund requests must be submitted in writing. Right to refund will be subject to the below;
- In the case of unsuccessfully obtaining the correct visa, a full refund will be issued minus the application fee of $99.
- You must provide proof of visa denial in the case of refund requests for the above.
- In the case of unsuccessful applications, a full refund, minus the application fee, will be issued.
- Should you withdraw from the program post acceptance from the host organisation and/or having received confirmation of their visa application being approved no refund will be issued.
Bank transfer fees will be deducted from the total refund amount (including fees incurred when receiving the initial payment). The refund policy is as such due to the many expenses involved in arranging a program.
We cannot grant refunds based on your change of mind/preference after program has started.
Program payment not received 2 weeks before the program start date may be subject to 10% late fee charge at Premier Internship Ireland’s discretion.
